Paradox is an open-world Bleach-inspired action RPG with Sekiro-inspired combat, released on Roblox on April 10, 2026 by the developer "a bleach game." Within 72 hours of launch it crossed 5.4 million visits, 70,000 favorites, and a peak concurrent player count above 28,000 — numbers that put it in the top 1% of new Roblox releases.

The game has three playable races, each with a distinct spawn world and progression path. Soul Reapers spawn in the Soul Society and progress through a Soul Reaper Exam (at 75 Potential), Shikai obtainment (200 Potential), Vizard, and finally Bankai. Hollows start as Fishbone and evolve through Menos Grande, Adjuchas, Vasto Lorde, and optionally rip off their mask at any stage to become an Arrancar — unlocking Resurrection at 605 Potential via the Hogyoku questline. Quincies spawn in the Wandenreich and unlock their Schrift at 215 Potential, with Voltstanding as the late-game ceiling.

Every race rolls two gacha identities at character creation: a Clan (which gives flat HP, Reiatsu, or Posture buffs, tiered as Legendary 1%, Rare 10%, Common 89%) and a Power (which determines your ability tree, same rarity distribution). Legendary clans like Aizen, Cifer, and Yhwach stack multiple stat buffs; Common clans give no buffs at all — which is why Clan Rerolls from codes are the most valuable launch-week resource.

Combat uses a four-stat system: Hakuda, Kido, Speed, and Sword. These stats unlock skills in their respective trees rather than providing direct damage bonuses — stat-stacking is a skill unlock currency, not a damage currency. You can allocate 42 skill points at max Potential (45 with the Holy Grail item), and Stat Resets let you reallocate without wiping your character. Potential caps at 705 for every race.
