Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of paradoxwiki.net (the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Fan Project Disclaimer

Paradox Wiki is an unofficial, non-commercial community fan project dedicated to the Roblox experience "Paradox", created and maintained by the developer "a bleach game". This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by:

• "a bleach game", Aidenn, Super, or any other Paradox developer
• Roblox Corporation
• Tite Kubo, Shueisha, TV Tokyo, or any other rights holder of the Bleach anime or manga franchise
• Any third-party guide site, content creator, or tier list maker referenced here

All game names, characters, clan names, item names, boss names, and related assets are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners. This Site uses them for identification and informational purposes only, which we believe qualifies as fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

• Reading game guides, codes, tier lists, and Trello mirrors
• Using the Build Planner and sharing build URLs
• Linking to pages on this Site from your own website, Discord server, or social media
• Quoting small excerpts with attribution back to paradoxwiki.net

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Scrape the entire Site for commercial redistribution (small excerpts with attribution are fine)
• Use the Site or its tools to generate content for a competing guide site that republishes our unique analysis verbatim
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disable, or interfere with the Build Planner's tracking or save functionality
• Use automated tools to overload the Site or its data endpoints
• Impersonate paradoxwiki.net or claim affiliation that does not exist

4. Accuracy of Information

Game data (clan buffs, power rarities, progression thresholds, code rewards) is mirrored from the official Paradox Trello and Discord every six hours. We make a good-faith effort to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee it reflects the very latest patch at every moment. Treat the official Trello as the source of truth in any discrepancy. We are not liable for any in-game loss resulting from outdated information.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site links to external services including YouTube, Discord, Trello, Google Fonts, and Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies — we are not responsible for their content or behavior. Clicking an external link is at your own discretion.

6. User-Generated Content

The Site currently does not accept user-generated content. The Build Planner's shared URLs contain only your own build choices, which are not stored on any server. If we later add community submissions (tier list votes, build uploads), these Terms will be updated to cover them.

7. DMCA and Takedown Notice

If you are a rights holder who believes this Site is infringing your copyright, contact us via the official Paradox Discord feedback channel with the following information, and we will remove the content within 72 hours:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing (a URL on paradoxwiki.net)
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

If a Site user believes content was removed incorrectly, they may file a counter-notice using the same channel.

8. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, paradoxwiki.net and its volunteer maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to in-game losses, deleted saves, or misrouted Clan Rerolls.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately on publication. Material changes will be highlighted in the footer of the Site for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by generally accepted principles of internet fair use and copyright law. As a non-commercial volunteer project, we submit any dispute first to the rights-holder feedback process described in Section 7.
