How to Redeem Paradox Codes

Launch ParadoxOpen Roblox and join Paradox. You must finish race selection before the menu becomes available.

Click the Gear iconThe Gear icon sits in the top-left corner of the screen. It opens the settings menu that contains the Code tab.

Go to the Code tabSelect Code from the side panel. This is the only place codes can be entered in Paradox — there is no chat command for code redemption.

Paste a working codeUse the Copy button above to grab a code, then paste it into the input field. Codes are case-sensitive and some end in ! — read the full string carefully.

Select Redeem CodeClick Redeem Code. Rerolls are added to your inventory. Wipe Essence and Stat Resets are consumable items you can use later from your inventory.
What the Rewards Actually Do
Paradox codes reward five consumable types. Knowing what each one does helps you prioritize which codes to redeem first, especially if you only plan to play one character.
Ability Reroll rerolls one of your power slots. Powers in Paradox drop in three rarities — Legendary (1%), Rare (10%), and Common (89%) — so each reroll is a 1% shot at a Legendary. The 30 Ability Rerolls in Iblamethetesters give you a ~26% chance of hitting at least one Legendary, which is why it is the most valuable launch-week code.
Clan Reroll rerolls your clan. Clans give flat buffs to HP, Reiatsu, or Posture — Legendary clans like Aizen, Yhwach, and Starrk can stack +20 to multiple stats, while Common clans give no buffs at all. Use Clan Rerolls before you invest in a build; rerolling after reaching late game is wasteful.
Weapon Skin Reroll rerolls cosmetic weapon skins. No gameplay impact, pure vanity — save these for after you pick your main weapon.
Wipe Essence resets your race and progression so you can switch from Soul Reaper to Hollow or Quincy without losing your account-bound cosmetics and skill points. The shutdownadox and sorry4bugs codes are the only sources of free Wipe Essence — redeem them immediately if you are unsure of your race.
Stat Reset refunds your invested skill points so you can reallocate between Hakuda, Kido, Speed, and Sword. Because you max out at 42 skill points (45 with The Holy Grail), a single bad investment is not fatal, but a full reroll is valuable when the meta shifts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my Paradox code not working?
Paradox codes are case-sensitive and some contain punctuation (StalksAreBack!). Always use the Copy button on this page — it preserves capitalization and strips whitespace. If the code still fails with "Invalid," it has been retired; we move retired codes to the archive within 24 hours.
How do I redeem codes in Paradox?
Click the Gear icon in the top-left corner of the screen, select the Code tab, paste a working code, and click Redeem Code. Note: pressing M or any keyboard shortcut does not open the code menu — you have to use the gear icon.
Can I redeem the same Paradox code twice?
No. Each code is one-time per account. If you have multiple Roblox accounts, each can redeem independently. Redeeming in a private server still counts as using the code on that account.
Where do Paradox codes come from?
The developer releases codes in the official Discord and pins them in the "Active Codes" card on the official Trello board. Most codes are released after bug fixes or exploit patches — code names like sorry4bugs, bugfixez, and ExploitFixes reflect this.
Do I lose my code rewards if I wipe my character?
Rerolls you have already used (the Legendary clan you rolled, the power you rerolled) persist through a wipe. Unused rerolls in your inventory also persist. Wipe Essence itself is consumed during the wipe. Only invested skill points and race-specific progression reset.
What is the best code to redeem first?
If you just started, redeem paradoxisout first — 25 of each reroll type gives you the best chance at rolling a Legendary clan and power on day one. After that, Iblamethetesters for the extra 30 Ability Rerolls, then sorry4bugs for Wipe Essence if you are unsure about your race choice.
